Music Together® and Drum Circle registration policies:

REFUNDS: NO tuition refunds will be given after the first day of the session. Credit towards a future session maybe issued in exceptional circumstances (This will be determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Director.)
LATE REGISTRATION: Families may register, if space remains, until the fourth week of the term. Tuition will be pro-rated.
Please send full payment with Registration. We'll confirm your registration once we have received payment. Once your method of payment has been processed, your place in the selected class or lesson is guaranteed.
MAKE-UP CLASSES: Two make ups per semester, space permitting, please call/e-mail me to schedule. *Note that make-ups are not guaranteed. There is one week of snow make ups. This means that one class per semester will be made up for cancellations due to snow.

Private Lesson/Suzuki registration policies: Full lesson fee refunds available only BEFORE start of term. $10 registration fee is non-refundable. Prorated refunds are available up to one day after your second private lesson. No refunds will be granted for withdrawals taking place 2 days or more after second lesson of semester. Failure to attend private lessons without proper withdrawal does not release a student from the responsibility to pay lesson fees. All lesson fees are due at first lesson unless prior payment plan has been established.
One excused absence per 10-week semester will be made up at a time mutually convenient for teacher and student. For an absence to be considered excused, student must call Creative Adventures office (781-214-9025) 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson time. All teacher absences will be made up, or a refund will be issued. Teachers will wait 10 minutes for a student who is late for a lesson. Students are asked to do the same for teacher.


Group class registration policies: Full class fee refunds available only BEFORE start of term. $10 registration fee is non-refundable. Beyond start of term, prorated refunds available only if withdrawal occurs BEFORE second class. Tuition is due on monthly basis unless another payment plan has been established. There are no makeups for student absences. All teacher absences will be made up at the end of the term, or a refund will be issued.

WINTER WEATHER: Creative Adventures classes will be cancelled if Dedham public schools are cancelled.


HEALTHY CHILDREN! In order to maintain the highest health for our children I ask that if your child is running a temperature or has a productive cough and sneezes please do not come to class.
