Teaching Music Together for the past four years I have encountered many families. One thing I have learned is that families deserve rest, need rest and the last thing they get is rest! It is my intention to create an adventure for families that will leave them feeling pampered, rejuvenated and well rested.

Enjoy a yoga class while Mom enjoys a community music circle with the children. Then swap places and Mom enjoys a massage while Dad enjoys a community music circle with the children. Everyone come together and enjoy a wildly, fun exploration of movement and music with Yoga Meets Dance™
